Our Check-In Process

Check In
Patients will be guided through an iPad-assisted registration process. This will require your insurance information, medication list, and knowledge of your past medical history. This information will be placed into your electronic medical record.

Insurance Verification
We will make copies of your insurance card and Identification Card/Driver’s License.

Consultation
After you’ve checked in, your board-certified radiation physician will complete your evaluation and present you with treatment options.
Patient Records
RadiaCure’s secure patient portal gives you direct access to your medical records anytime, anywhere. View treatment details, test results, and visit summaries at your convenience—all in one protected, easy-to-use location. It’s a simple way to stay informed and take an active role in your care.
